Boss and CEO Caroline Puri Mathis comes from a diverse background of fashion and pageantry. From capturing the title of Miss Georgia Teen in 2016 to becoming a successful fashion model appearing in campaigns for Dior, Saks Fifth Avenue, Dillards, and Spanx, to name a few, and included in spreads in some of the biggest fashion magazines on the planet (Vogue being her greatest accomplishment), her vast experience in the industry and natural eye for fashion helped to cultivate Flirt into the successful business that it is today.
Chief of Operations, and husband to CEO Caroline Mathis, Caleb Mathis’ expertise in retail trade coupled with his wife’s eye for fashion and marketing have quickly made the young couple leaders in the formal wear industry. Aside from the bustling success of Flirt, Caleb’s greatest professional accomplishment was Management of what, under his leadership, became one of the highest grossing locations for EssilorLuxottica (parent company of Sunglass Hut) in The United States.
General Manager Gabrielle Jean-Francis Cozier has been a dedicated member of #TeamFlirt since 2020. Quickly becoming one of the highest grossing sales associates in the companies history, at just 19 years old Gabrielle was offered a full-time Management position with the company.
Assistant Manager David English is the newest member of #TeamFlirt. After graduating high school, David pursued a degree in acting & performance from Marymount Manhattan. His journey took him from Atlanta, to New York City, all the way to Hawaii, where he had a successful career in Property Management of over 1,000 dorms and college students.
CTO (Chief Technology Officer) James Harrington joined our team in 2021 with the redevelopment of our website and in-store technology through his company BE MY A11Y. James has had a successful career in technology based positions, notably for the last decade managing ADA compliance within Credit Unions and major banking networks.
