Our Sales Policies (UPDATED 1/3/24)

IMPORTANT SIZING INFORMATION: 

Most dress manufacturers provide size charts to aid in choosing the correct size, as formal dresses run differently than normal clothing. It is important to measure carefully in order to get the most accurate measurements. Size charts are helpful in determining size but may not always be perfect. Keep in mind that it is much easier to take in a dress if the dress is too big than it is to let out a dress if it is too small. If you are measuring different sizes in the bust, waist, and hips, we recommend ordering the largest size you are measuring. Always plan to have your dress altered. Most dresses require alterations in order to get the most perfect fit. Please call Flirt Prom and Pageant at 470.297.7313 for any sizing questions before placing your order as all sales are final.

GENERAL :

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS or CREDITS. Our Sales Policy is explicitly posted online (here) and in-store on the checkout desk in a prominent location. Notice to in-store customers : Due to the high volume of check-out’s during peak season, our cashiers will not read to you or explain the sales policy posted; however, we are more than happy to answer any question that you may have. It is your responsibility, as the consumer, to read the sales policy posted. Your submit of payment online, or in-store, is your binding agreement to our sales policy.

ONLINE ORDERS :

Flirt Prom and Pageant is a Full Service Prom and Pageant retailer with a brick & mortar physical location where customers shop daily. When you place an order on our website, we will treat you with the same care and respect that we extend to our in-store customers. Unfortunately, since we will not have the opportunity to meet you in person, you will not be able to receive the full extent of our passion for customer service.  However, as an online customer please be assured that:

  • We will do everything possible to make sure that your order is filled in a timely basis and that your shipment will arrive exactly when and how you expected.

  • If additional information is needed, we will communicate with you personally after receiving your order. If you do not receive communication within 48 hours of your order, this means the order is CONFIRMED and will ship within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise noted as check-out.

  • We will address all important contingencies, including confirming that your item will be received in time for your wear date before finalizing your order. If the order can not be immediately fulfilled within our standard 7-10 days, you will be contacted at the phone number provided either by text, or call, requesting your event date. At that point, we will work together to come up with a plan to make sure you get your dress in time! IMPORTANT NOTICE : If you fail to respond to the text/call within 48 hours, your order will automatically, without notice, be placed into “CONFIRMED” status, as we will assume that your wear date is not quickly approaching, and that your order(s) can be fulfilled anytime within the designers standard production time of 60-90 days. Once an order is placed in “CONFIRMED” status, it can not be cancelled or reversed for any reason.

  • We will issue a full credit if, due to unforeseen circumstances, your item cannot be shipped in time for your provided wear date as expected.

  • In the unlikely event that we ship you a different style, color, or size than you ordered please contact us for a full refund and proper return instructions within 48 hours of receiving your package. All claims outside the 48 hour window will be denied. Please be sure that you select the correct color and size you intended to order when adding to cart. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be allowed if you mis-order. Your order will be shipped complete to your confirmation page, including the address provided. Please check this page carefully prior to confirming and submitting your order, as once an order is shipped it can not be recalled, and the store will not be responsible.

    IN-STORE & ONLINE CLEARANCE POLICY

  • Any Clearance Merchandise cannot be returned for any reason.

    IN-STORE & ONLINE SHIPPING POLICY :

  • Please allow 1-5 business days (excluding UPS holidays) to receive your order once confirmation and tracking number has been emailed to you. All orders ship from our location within 7-10 days if they are in-stock. All orders are shipped UPS ONLY. Free Ground Shipping is available for all online orders over $100 anywhere in the United States. For in-store purchases, shipping is free for in-store pick-up, and $45.00 for in-store orders delivered to your home. Expedited shipping is available for all orders upon request; however, it will be subject to an addtional fee. International shipping is not available at this time - we apologize for any inconvenience. Any orders placed with an international shipping address will automatically be reversed. All of our merchandise is carefully packaged and inspected prior to being shipped. In the event that the package that has been sent to you is damaged during shipment or we ask that you immediately contact us at 470.297.7313 All claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the package. Any claims made outside the 24 hour window will be denied.

LAYAWAY POLICY : 

Flirt Prom and Pageant provides a free layaway program for Prom, Pageant, and Social Occasion dresses. At this time, a 50% down initial deposit is required for all in stock & special order dresses. The balance is due in full within 30-45 days. If your layaway has not been fulfilled after 46 days, the payee’s deposit and past payments will be forfeited, and all merchandise will return to the sales floor to be sold to the general public. No courtesy call will be made. The layaway must be paid for in its entirety before the wear date or alterations begin. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be allowed on dresses in layaway, including deposits and all payments received. 

CLAIMS FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES :

Any, and all claims from in-store purchases must be made within 5 days. Claims can be started by emailing caleb@flirtpromandpageant.com.

IN-STORE UPDATE :

  • Effective 1/3/24 : In an effort to keep our prices at, or in some occasions, below MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price), a 3% credit card surcharge will be automatically added to every in-store purchase. This fee will also be automatically waived if your method of payment is cash, Zelle, AppleCash, CashApp or check (with Gov. ID present matching the name on the check issued). Once charged, this fee can not be reversed.

  • Effective 1/3/24 : In an effort to keep our prices at, or in some occasions, below MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price), a $4.00 fee will automatically be charged for a protective garment bag. This is a voluntary charge, and you may opt out by alerting the cashier at check-out and receiving a non-protective plastic covering in its place. Once charged, this fee can not be reversed.

    OUR COMMITMENT TO ACCURATE PRICING :

    Please note that the prices that you see on our website reflect the Designer’s Suggested Retail Price [MSRP].  If you see a lower price on any other website for the exact style from the same designer, you can know for certain that that website is producing and selling counterfeit dresses, or gowns of inferior quality and shipping them as originals. We do everything we can to keep the prices on our website accurate and consistent with what the designer is charging for each style at the current time. Should you see a lower price on any authorized retailer website (retailer found on the designer’s Store Locator tool), we will price match PLUS 5%.
