RETURN POLICY

 

 

Our new sales policy is as follows for ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY:

 

In an effort to support our customers and keep our families safe, from April 23rd through May 16th, 2020 we have waived our normal sales policy of “All Sales Final” and encourage online shopping with us. We will allow in-stock merchandise ordered through our website to be returned for a full exchange, with a store credit for 6 months added to your account. If you would like to return your dress for a full refund, a 20% restocking fee applies. All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 5 days of purchase date. This waive of normal policy applies ONLY to dresses IN-STOCK and NOT dresses ordered from the designer. Dresses ordered directly from the designer will be subject to our normal sales policy of “All Sales Final; No returns or exchanges allowed”. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will not be applied to your account under an exchange. All returns and exchanges must receive a RA (return authorization) by contacting customer service at 470.297.7313 only. Shipments WITHOUT a RA assigned will be refused.

 

All in store purchases are still subject to “All Sales Final”. Any purchases made prior to April 23rd, 2020 remain to subject to our original sales policy.
